Android Galaxy S Vibrant phone with Data Plan?

Looking for some advice on a new Cell Phone with Data plan. Was wanting to move to a Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant type phone (not sure what it is called on the Roger’s network).

Need basic voice plan (200 min. a month) but wanted a data plan that allowed for 5g a month.
Anyone have any thoughts on supplier/costs for this? Looking in the Mississauga area.
