just a question, how are we saving $15 when the price difference is $10.
When is the convention on?
I'm interested and can probably get some friends to get in on the action seeing how they love Anime even more than me.

wouldn't it be cheaper if we ordered our tickets now? I thought it was $45 for the whole weekend if order before march. I know it's $5 more but if you going for more then one day It would better?

Just a quick question, as a person who only watch's anime and knows zero outside of the show(including directors, voice actors and manga which it may have been based on) is it worth it going to an event?
I have been watching anime for a long time now but only for the shows themselves and never bothering to look on more information about the production houses or writers of said show. Just wondering before i say i am in. Oh and by the way i have never been to one and the only shows i ever go to is the toronto international car show so i am quite clueless.

I have never been to one of these. Could you please entail me with a few more details about it? Since it is over the course of 2-3 days, is it like a camp out/stay over thing? What exactly happens/is available as entertainment for these conventions? Does everyone dress as a character? Would really like to take my gf this year since we both enjoy anime, but for me $40 is kinda steep for something I don't know is worth it, so any answers would really be appreciated. Thank you

ok so answer,
you can either check into a hotel during the event (which you got to do early or else it would be full) OR you can just go home every night or so, you can also just pay for 1 day which is 35 for Friday and Sunday and 40 for Saturday.
For entertainment they have
* Guest Appearances
* Dealer's Room
* J-Pop and Moonlight
* Moonlight Ball
* Costume events including Saturday Night Masquerade
* Panels and Workshops
* Yaoi North
* All day and all night Video Rooms
* Con Suite
* Tabletop, CCG, and Video Gaming (including DDR)
* Go Tournament
* and more
and yea a lot of people dress up for this event mostly from Bleach and Naruto and such, you don't really have to dress up as anime character can just bring a Halloween costume
I think 40$ is pretty good deal for 3 days which you do plenty._______________PSN: Aznkid2000One Man's Trash Is Another Man's Treasure
