we averaged around 2.5% for meets expectation

Ontario government. 2.5% inflationary increase plus 4% for moving up the grid for my position. 6.5% total.

My company averaged 4% last year. I didn't get any increase because I just joined near the end of the year. Multinational IT consulting company.
