Note. I have had the digital VIP package with movie network for the last few years

I Came home today to watch a recorded show on my pvr and it says NOT AUTHORIZED TO ORDER PVR SERVICE CALL 800 number.
Didn't think much of it and did a cold boot of the box which didn't do anything.
Then checked TMN and it also says, to order, call
Checked my account online, and now it says I only have the Extended basic package.

Anyone else having problems with robbers today? Or has this happened to anyone else?

Maybe they changed their TV packages, I know that Basic Cable DOESN'T come with Food Network anymore. I mean that's what lead me to cancel Basic Cable.
Might be a bug In your case though.
