Any finance graduate want to share his thoughts on his job experience?

Hey ..
I am about to graduate in a bit and i was wondering if any finance graduate would like to share how he went about with his job search etc. I have gotten mixed reactions but who are graduating with finance also have not given me some particular clue to go about. So, RDFers if any finance graduates who are currently working would like to share how their career has shaped and how they got there?

One of my friend grad last year with this program. He ended up as a Business Analyst @ CIBC in Toronto. He was also more into Computer Science. It was more of a computers job than what he studied at skool!

Well, i majored in Business Honours with my COncentration being Finance! I was looking for a someone who has been in my position and how he went about it. I know Finance is quite a huge field; banking, corp finance, investments derivatives etc. etc. but what i have seen is that most entry level graduates start from Customer Service Rep. So, i was wondering if anyone could share his experience here who has started with just in-school work ex. and not started his career as a Customer Service Rep.
