Any good method to offsite backup secure/personal info safely?
I'm thinking of trying to scan in all of my paper receipts for my office/personal taxes, as it's a major pain to sort all the forms at years end for my accountant.
While I have a simple external HD doing nightly backups, and dropbox account for non-secure backups, is there a better way to do a more secure offsite backup? I'm paranoid after hearing about potential hackers getting all my personal info.
I did try using a software like Truecrypt (Mac) to encrypt a folder of files first, before uploading to dropbox, but it was a pain to remember to do it every month or so. I'd much prefer to have something automatically backup offsite each time I add/edit the file.
Any suggestions?

It encrypts the backups and you can setup automatic backup too.
