Any non-OLED 2019 TVs with HDMI 2.1?

It's confirmed that the Sony X950G does not have HDMI 2.1. (Was considering getting the X900G/950G when they become available.)

Any news for non-OLED TVs from other mfgs with HDMI 2.1 besides the Vizio?

BTW, does OLED TVs really need to be babied to prevent burn-in? What about black borders when watching the OLED TV or if you pause the OLED TV and forget/fall asleep? Thanks.

Not all HDMI 2.1 is full HDMI 2.1. , HDMI Licensing is allowing companies to claim HDMI 2.1 compliance even if the TV can't do all of 2.1's features. For introductions https://www.cnet.com/news/ces-2019-hdmi ... ll-follow/ and RTings.com on youtube has been following up with burn in tests for over a year, looks like burn in counts when you have static displays for long periods e.g. store advertiser, consumer levels look pretty good if there's a screen blanker in use

Thanks, good to know. I thought the Z9G was OLED. Too bad, it only comes in 85" and 98" lol.
