Any Optical IS compact digicam available for under $200US/CAD?

i'm looking to get a decent image quality digicam that is compact size that has Optical IS, this is important as my hand is causes alot of blur with my older digicams.

i've looked at the canon poewrshot sd700-870 IS series.. but they're all over $250 mark. its weird that the sd700is is more expensive than 870is in some places...

but can anyone give me a recommednation?

Canon A710IS is on sale at the hot deals forum for about $180 I think. Do a search for it.
