I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but it's a great recipe. I sometimes play around with the ingredients depending on what I have and what I feel like, but this is a good basic recipe:

Any recipes for making Seafood Fettuncini?
I went over to Boston Pizza not too long and tried their Seafood Fettuncini(sorry, I forgot the official name of their dish) and I liked it. I'm not expecting anyone here to know their recipes, but I am on the lookout for any seafood fettuncini recipes. Does anyone here have one?
P.S: I also wouldn't mind some Chicken Fettuncini recipes as well..

This is what i ususally do.
1. Boil pasta.....keep it on standby
2. In a sauce pan, melt some butter, Cut up some onions into long strings, and toss them on the pan. Cook them until they are golden brown and somewhat crispy. Keep tossing
Throw in some packaged Garlic shrimp. You can find this in most grocery stores. They have a sauce that builds up when the shrimp is melted, full of flavour. Just as the shrimp is getting warmed up, i might toss in a little bit of Alfredo sauce from a container.. just a little bit. I want to keep the flavour from the shrimp
3. Warm, dont overcook, toss it on the pasta and eat it fresh.
My favourite is grilled baby veal on the same pasta with the shrimp, or lobster chunks, or crab chunks. You can find pepeprcorn veal steaks at Loblaws. Grill them to a medium rare, and toss it on the pasta with the shrimp/crab/lobster.

Seafood Fetticucini is easy to make, or any seafood pasta but it is also easy to screw up... a lot of restaurants will over cook it and the seafood is chewy and hard.
My personal favourite for pasta is "One of a Kind" which is on Queen St. West GTA, west of Bathurst.
Its real good, and about $14 for a good serving and most satifying pasta. Since places like Alice Fazooli's and Milestones charge the same price, I prefer there.
If you can't get there, I'd hit any small italian restaurant. They usually have the right balance to cook most seafood pastas.
Recipes for home, I'd suggest using any fresh seafood you can find, and make sure you have some shellfish in there, like Clams, Mussels, so that the sauce in the pasta will develop.

Fettuccine
The secret is the sauce. Seafood or Chicken can be used.
- 1 package dry fettuccine noodles
- 1 lb sea scallops
- 1 lb peeled small shrimps
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 1 cup green onions chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch to thicken
Cooking:
Boil lightly salted water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until desired tenderness (al dente) drain.
Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Stir in onions and garlic, cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp and scallops, cook 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low.
Pour in cream, and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Do not boil. Add salt and pepper for taste. Gradually sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese over seafood mixture and continue stirring another minute. Remove from heat.
Add cooked pasta into the pan, coating thoroughly. Add remaining Parmesan cheese.
If sauce appears to runny, thicken with cornstarch.
Bon appetite!
