Any recommendation for Girls (between 5 & 13 years)?

Any gaming/ideas to engage girls @ home? I am just trying to avoid ipads/mobiles as much as I can for my kids..and looking for any good reco to keep them engaged? I know PS2, xBox, etc. with loads of games for boys..Is that also good for girls?

if you are trying to avoid violent games (where you shoot a gun) there are plenty of games for any system. the sims series might be a good option and as mentioned any cartoony racing game like mario kart.

It really depends on what type of games your 13 year old is interested in. Ask her if you haven't already!

Exactly. At 13, girls should be playing hardcore military shooters just like boys. Although I would never assume a gender unless I'm told by the person what it is.

Roblox. I would assume they are already on the tablets but could hook them onto the consoles with it.

I know girls that love everything from Call of Duty to Mario Kart. My friend has a niece thats 13 and she loves her Nintendo Switch. Has Mario Odyssey and Mario Kart. A Nintendo Switch might be really useful for her if your family goes on road trips or vacations, she can take it with her.

Lego games are great starter games. PC/console versions have co-op so you can play together and help them out when they get stuck
