I'm purchasing a car and owning one for the first time in my life and I've got ALOt of questions and am wondering if u guys can direct me to a good source?

Like from knowing how much average certification cost, things to check, good owning practices (like frequency of oil changes).

I don't wanna bug you guys to much so I'd like to know alot about it.

Also, would love to work the suspensions on this baby, oy I have lots to learn.
