Sorry to bring up this old thread, but it seemed appropriate rather than starting a new one.

I am a total newbie to dragon boating, but I would love to join a beginner team to try it out. It seems like recruiting for the upcoming season has started.
Can someone guide me to which beginner team is good to join?

I see ur in Markham, but if ur willing to come to Mississauga, you could probably join our team. Practices were Monday nights last year - at the Mississauga Canoe Club.
