I am sure there are plenty of places that sells it, gucci can be found in some jewelry stores too but not LV ...

They range in prices depending on style and material obviosuly but the cheapest simplest one from armani was like $65USD which was basically a thread with a shell on it. The silver ones were ~150-250USD and these are all armani exchange so expect to pay more for LV i would say. Gucci you can probably find in the same range
