Honestly I'm highly considering a move to the 1200 just cause of the simple fact of better work space, cable managment, airflow + if you pay $49 us + shipping Antec sells a 200 mm rad that mounts into the top of it under the 200 mm fan for doing a water cooling setup in it.
Yeah there definatly pricey but thats the cheapest I've seen them so far since they've launched._______________Phenom II X6 1090T @ 4 Ghz/2.4 Ghz NB-Cpu | Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H | Mushkin Blackline "Frostbite" DDR3 1600 16 gigs

Last September, Dell had the Antec 1200 case for just $130 and free shipping. That was the best deal I've even seen on this case and I bought one of course.
I absolutely LOVE my 1200. It's very roomy inside, you can route all your cabled behind the mobo tray, you can install nearly 10 hard drives, etc. The airflow is simply exceptional.
Honestly, even if you give me $400 right now to buy a "premium" Silverstone or Lian-Li case, I wouldn't. The Antec 1200 is the best case I've owned ever._______________

Yeah I was about to get one recently from them but they've dropped it about 2-3 weeks ago. bastids !!

Ohhhhhh man that would have been a killer deal for shure !!! I have to say that at least about Dell canada, some of there prices on things are a lil higher then ncix or whomever, BUT free shipping & ususaly having the item in a day or 2 ususaly outweights it._______________Phenom II X6 1090T @ 4 Ghz/2.4 Ghz NB-Cpu | Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H | Mushkin Blackline "Frostbite" DDR3 1600 16 gigs

You could always price match with NCIX... shipping is much more reasonable at $28.98. But they might have a free shipping gift card tonight, so it's best to wait for that.

The 1200 is good at that sale price.
At regular price, it's hitting Lian Li territory and why would you pick a steel case over an aluminum one?

Thats easy steel will dampen the internal noise levels of a tower vs alumium.
Prime example was the Original Antec Lanboy case, beautiful case back in the day but man you could hear EVERY single little click or what not that would occure on the stuff inside it. Same thing I also find with factory installed side windows its all too thin that you can hear even the heads on your hard drive clicking away vs a closed in steel tower._______________Phenom II X6 1090T @ 4 Ghz/2.4 Ghz NB-Cpu | Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H | Mushkin Blackline "Frostbite" DDR3 1600 16 gigs

Why not? Sure, steel cases weigh much more but who cares? It sits on your floor or desktop usually and you have to move it like once per year. Weight is of no concern.
As for aluminum being able to dissipate heat better, again I daresay this is irrelevant. I have an aluminum Lian-Li case downstairs in the kitchen and it's cool to the touch just as my steel case is. Aluminum's better heat dissipation is only relevant when direct contact happens like in an external HD enclosure._______________

Price is now down to $164.99 with coupon CEMCLSNV22 (from the previous $184.99 when OP was posted)
Still more expensive than ncix with pricematch lol._______________

I prefer aluminum because it's much easier to cut when modding. I've dremelled 1mm thick steel and never again. All a personal preference...
This is what I've done to my PC60, there's no way in hell I'm cutting that in a steel case.
