Anybody claimed trip cancellation insurance using Credit Card

Hello.. our credit card comes with trip cancellation insurance if you purchase your trip using it.
Anybody had any experience making a claim because of health reasons?

We did on cap one world master card. Was no problems. Had all the doc notes etc

How long before you were able to get the money? I assume you need to submit the receipt for the travel cost
