Anybody have a recommendation for getting kitchen cabinets at a reasonable price?

We are looking to redo our kitchen, and my husband has been gathering quotes on cabinets. Each quote seems to be around the $14,000 mark. That seems really high to me, but maybe I just don't know what these things go for. Where would you go for cabinetry in Southern Ontario?
