anybody hear about car bombings in the news?

It always happens in Gangster movies. someone gets car bombed. A guy goes into his car... turns on his ignition and BOOM! Has anyone heard of any real car bombings happening in the news? Im sure if someone gets bombed it would be reported in the news...

Anyone ever heard of it before? Maybe some people who lived in the states? I doubt it would be an occurange in Canada.

Yes, I have heard about specific cases numerous times, but that's also because numerous inmates in the jail I work at have done it during their time in the bike gang industry.

It's not common at all anymore, but it was happening a lot when there were all those biker wars in Montreal and to a lesser degree Toronto. Now that the biker wars have cooled off, stuff like that doesn't really happen anymore.
