Anybody know a good way to send a big file to someone over the internet?

does anyone know any good programs to send files over the internet to one of your friends thats like 800MB perhaps and your able to pause and resume? like for example when you send someone a file over msn except msn you cant pause n resume. let me know thank you !!

Maybe split up the file into smaller parts with a program like WinRar.

You could make a torrent out of it. Obviously, with just your connection seeding it it won't be incredibly fast, but you'll be able to resume.

Try using Mega upload... as the name suggests its for uploading large files.....

You could use mirc or msn.

Mirc is good I guess, if you know how to use it.
direct connect ++ is good, find a server both u and ur friend can connect to, share your file, download blah blah leave. ... leave it on blah blah blah.

yousendit.com has great download speeds. i dont think u can pause and resume unless maybe u use a download manager.

Use a FTP client. Like smart FTP it's free and you can pause n resume
