I would imagine that your wage depends on your position. Front end, mechanics, managers, etc. will obviously all get paid differently.

Yup, my bro does (at corporate office) ...salary is average I think. They get a 18% discount on merchandise only. Apparently they give out a nice Christmas basket to all their employees.

I did for a long.....time. The pay is average but they treat you good. They have killer stock options which they call profit sharing. Discount level varies but I got 15% for a while then 10% on everything including sale items. Plus they give you special times when certain items are dirt cheap.

Every store can set different policies - including for discounts, wage and profit sharing.
Here in Edmonton, starting wage is $7.50. The discounts vary from store to store - some are last sale price, others are flat 10% off.
The profit sharing is great - however there are stipulations over how long you must work there (in terms of hours) before you're enrolled into it....And I'm not sure all the part timers are eliable. Your store puts in a portion, and the corporation puts in a portion. You can choose where it goes - I believe they go through Sun Life. Or you can put it into CT stock.
