Anyone done CISSP?

Am pondering about this CISSP cert. Is it worth it? How is the industry looking for CISSP engineers?

I'm currently employed and have 15 yrs under my belt out of college.
Please thank me if you find this helpful

A definite advantage within the IT security domain. Has served me well with immediate promotion once I got it done. Was relevant in all my job applications, and I even had the luxury of choosing which job to accept.
With your level of experience, you should be seeking $150k base.

can you provide more detail about $150 base salary expectation? Looking for details such as job role, type, domain area, companies that would pay that much.

cissp is useful IF you are already very well entrenched in cyber security. completely useless if not. I personally know of three CISSP holders in GTA desperately looking for a job at minimum wage.
