Anyone else notice the middle-aged people working at fast food and Timmies lately?

What if you become 40-50 years old, get terminated from your job, and cannot find another employment in your line of work (aka ageism) and have to resort to working at Tim Hortons or Walmart?

Sometimes, some things are out of your control and are not determined by what you do as an individual.

I have countermeasures against any kind of a situation short of a zombie apocalypse, but if I have to work at Tims or Walmart, so be it, I have nothing against people who work for minimum wage. For the record, I have worked at a fast food joint and grocery/department store before.

There are different social classes, but it's not that bad in this Country. If they feel so strongly about it then go get a better job.

Easier said then done, but either way its a bit off the point. I was just saying there are a lot of people who think of people on minimum wage as lesser beings. (not you, but in general)
