Anyone have experience with a HDPlex 250W pico PSU?

Looking to build a super compact computer with this case:

https://loneindustries.com/products/2

I just pretty much want to transfer my current build into this case but worry about the power consumption

would that HDPlex + a 240W Dell AC laptop adapter capable of powering this built?

i5 4590
z97 board
750ti slim version
1 ssd and 1 2TB 2.5 drive

I'm running a similar build (i3+750ti+m.2 SSD)on a 160W Pico PSU+192W Brick, so you should be good. Just make sure your connectors fit.
