I got my bell telephone bill and there was a charge of $5.41 for "other carrier messages for a 10 minute call. I called Bell and they said its coming from a third party carrier call FASTRACK GLOBAL and they said while they are not able to waive it, they would remove it from Bell bill and the third party carrier will send a separate bill for it. Any idea what's going on?
