Been reading that ING Business accounts have really lost it's competitive edge when comparing to the other banks. I think the most recent is what ING offers in terms of interest rates whcih currently stands at 1%.

Wow, it was 1.25% back in December. I might have to look at moving to Manulife Financial.

Yes only 1%. is just a simple business savings account. I use it to put my extra cash in this account instead of my chequing account.

Yes, the 1% rate that ING offers for its business account is really not that attractive. I believe many of their business GICs are also also at the same 1% rate. You could probably get a higher rate at a high interest savings account at a credit union or maybe even one of the big banks.
