Scarborough Town had a Great Steak and Potato Company. I loved that place. I never liked Charleys though.

There was one in Gerrard Square food court as well, IIRC.
There definitely was! It was to the left of the washroom hallway, if I'm not mistaken. I loved their cheesesteak sandwiches when I wasn't eating at one of the two Chinese joints...

it definately had charlies in the name
Charley's Steakery. Was a chain across GTA. Was one in Fairview Mall food court back in the 90s where the the old food court resided on the upper level where the Shoppers Drug Mart, Thai Express and Sport Chek have resided recently. Was one in the west end somewhere as well.

On a side note: The KFC in Square One was the only one I knew of that had the hot wings.
They were expensive but were prepared in the US and imported and tasted better than any of the Canadian offerings.
Hot Wings were all over the place back in the day. Had them at any KFC in the east end/Scarborough, just about any where can recall having them.

Yup. Definitely was the one right there. Looked quite good and fancy to have.

I don't remember it either, but apparently it did exist:

Friendly reminder: South Street is the second coming of Licks, and Works Burger is a bad ripoff of Red Robin put out by those purveyors of garbage, MTY Shit Restaurants Group.

It was always in mall food courts.
Unless i imagined it. I was really young then.
I was really young as well and definitely remember the same. None of the names ring a bell though, I guess I was too young to remember.

I do remember that it was quite expensive compared to other food court options, which is probably why we never had it.

I love Charleys in SQ1. I always think it will be gone but its still there so I get it. There used to be a cheese steak place at Sherway in the old food court where Hero was. The old food court at Sherway was so much better than the new one.
