Anyone see what happened at Ossington/Bloor around 7:30pm?

I was passing by @ around 7:30pm and noticed people looking down the street and cellphones out....next thing i look at the sidewalk and, well....looked like someone had collapsed on the sidewalk or something

I was in a car so I couldn't stop (this was on bloor st btw)

Anyone else witness anything?
