isn't that the one where we get 80 mins of free LD? Yeah, I have my Bell cell phone with it, and it works just fine!

is your cell # blocked? Try calling someone with call display and see if it pops up. Had this problem with using my office #.
You can always use the other phone number for "non-registered" numbers, and it asks for your PIN. Call them to get your PIN.

Impronto., I use this with my Rogers cellphone, with my Bell landline, and no problems.
I'm going to assume you just haven't set things up correctly.
1. entered your phone numbers properly in your online profile
2. Ensure your cellphone has outgoing CID enabled. NOTE: If you don't have a local access number and have to call the 1-800-XXX-XXXX access numbers-These usually do not accept Wireless because that's the way network is designed. You'll have to dial the pin-verification number (you get a surcharge/min doing it that way). If you are in a city with a local access number, it should be SEAMLESS.
In fact, you can go to ANY Major city with a local access number, and as long as your cellphone is configured on your account you will be able to use it.
Good luck my fellow Ottawaian chapster
(drop a wazaap in the Ottawa thread in off-topic).
