Anyone upgraded from Rogers Hi-Speed Express to Hi-Speed Extreme?

Right now I'm using their 3mbps service but planning to go with the 5mbps service. Would I need a new modem? I'm using a Webstar DOCSIS modem at the moment.

You shouldn't need a new modem. I also have a Webstar and upgraded to Extreme with just one telephone call to customer service. The difference in speed was quite dramatic.

When I upgraded, I needed a new modem. I think I was using a fairly old modem before though. I also noticed a huge difference in speed. I ran bandwidth tests before and after, and I was getting speeds of more than double. I can download from websites at a steady speed of 650kb/second.
