I find this site VERY confusing. There are like so many steps involved it seems, and I am still unsure of whether it is auction site, or how I get my tickets, etc...

Anyone have any idea? All I need to do is get 2 nights at a hotel in the US.

Anyone have experience using this site, and any tips?
