Which one? There are a few. Our daughter went to the one on Dixie rd between Eglinton and Eastgate for kindergarten. (My wife works practically next door.) She loved it, and the teachers were wonderful. I would highly recommend that location.

I would take a good look around and do a few visits. I looked into the one in Clarkson area shortly after it opened. While they did have cameras - I did not find that it made them more attentive to the children. During my visits I saw a majority of children in each class very unhappy and the teachers doing very little to comfort them. Not even verbal reassurance. And not even when I stopped and watched them to see what they would do - and I stood there for at least 15 minutes. I know all about "off" days (but it happened all 3 visits) and do not expect that they have the time to pick up and cuddle each one - but was surprised that they did not even offer comforting words or try to engage/distract them to an activity...... On the playground I found that the teachers were all huddled in a corner have a terrific conversation with their backs to the kids.
Having said all that, I did find their facility was very clean and had lots to offer. And as it was fairly new, it must have had some staff turnover by now so it could be completely different. I would begin by visiting a few times and seeing how you feel when you are there.

For Clarkson, do you mean the one around Dundas/Wolfdale since I couldn't find a Clarkson location on their website. I feel the same and saw unattended crying and non-crying children in the toddler room when I went to he Wolfdale location (Dundas/Wolfdale) but I've heard people recommending that location, however.

The one in Clarkson is actually on Winston Churchill between QEW/Lakeshore. It is likely listed as the Oakville location as it is on that side of WC. Sure hope they have better staff now!

I can only speak about the kindergarten classes, as my daughter attended both Kinder 1 and Kinder 2. Both were excellent, and you can feel free to PM me off list if you'd like to ask any further questions.
