Anyone work for Bombardier Aerospace

My brother got an interview with Bombardier Aerospace in Toronto for a position on the aircraft assembly line. He has to complete an aircraft assembly line test during the interview process as well.

Does anyone work for them? How is the pay? What's the assembly test and interview like? Advice? and most importantly.. comments on the job?
