I chose the staples route for a $279 32Gb 5g ipod touch - $15 coupon - $30 (ATV coupon rebate) = $234+tx, i.e. about 21% off MSRP, so I thought that a good deal considering similar coupon values likely will never be seen at other retailers anytime soon.

It's for Apple Store in Canada so you won't be able to use the GC anywhere else. You can consider card swap or selling/trading it.

You can cross off the macbook air and pro from the futureshop/bestbuy lists. They were OOS within 20 minutes. Damn fs/bb wont ship the english keyboard macs to quebec
Now I gota go out in the cold and hope for the best at a local bb/ff

They are not that popular at 100$ off , surprised people r biting at this deal as Black Friday was $999 special for MacBook pro
