This is a question from my dad, he was wondering how Apple support compared to other companies. He just bought a MACBOOK, and was wondering what type of service he should be getting. 2nd question, he ordered tonight, how long does it take them to get a configured laptop out the door, all he added was 1gb ram and upgraded to a 80gb hdd.
