Are these worth the price? Or should I wait another generation?

I think they are priced well for essentially (what most people say..) a new product from Apple direct.

I'd say the ceramic back and price are the only advantages of buying s2 than s3,
Btw, don't forget to use ebates for 2% cash back.

I was just about to post this. I got an email from Refurb.me so I quickly went to purchase the 38 mm band for myself. Forgot the ebates so I cancelled my first order and reordered to get the cashback. The last time these were in stock, they sold out very quickly! So happy I finally got these!

Was planning to get the s3 without cellular. Any thoughts on whether this is a better option at $100 cheaper? The main difference for me seems to be no barometric altitude for stairs?

I think also s3 loads slightly faster in terms of app and start up. But is essentially the same as s2 (non cellular)

loading app on Apple watch reminds me of the days when you try to load an website on a virus-ridden laptop... same experience

There is a better chip inside so everything will run faster and will perform better with future updates. If a redesign comes next year this point might be moot.

I’m sticking with my s1, until a hardware redesign occurs. I don’t use my watch for anything taxing so I’m happy with it.

The refurbished Apple Watches have been restocked.

Decent price for Apple Watch with full AppleCare.

Thanks! Just bought one. Do you think it's worthwhile to purchase apple care?
