Hi there,

Can you throw a washroom faucet in the garbage or is there a bylaw?

Thanks,

Leann

Since there are 25 municipalities in the GTA, there won't be one bylaw covering this either way!

Check the waste management (recycling/green bin/trash) section of your municipality's website and see what it says. Hope that helps. :)

Just call 311 from your house (not from work) to find out. Usually the problem is fitting it into those stupid grey bins.

Do you mean install a faucet in your garage or throwing away a faucet?

I changed my bathroom sink faucet and kitchen faucet ... threw both out in the garbage. SO WHAT??? It's garbage! Just toss it out .... you're wasting time looking for places to recycle and wasting gas to travel to places (ie. ummm ... recycle one thing but polluting with gas!) ...
