Corporate bank account and CC - advice please!

I am in the process of incorporating.

I am trying to figure out the best bank and credit card to set up for running the daily business. I will be the only person using the credit card and signing cheques.

Any banks easier to work with? Have better rates and fees?
Do I need to get a 'corporate' credit card, or will any CC do?

Although I have zero experience with this matter, my only thought it having a corporate credit card for company credit cards purchases is probably wise. Distinguish and remove any possibility of being accused of mismanaging funds for personal gain.

I opened my corporate account with BMO. They had the lowest minimum balance required to eliminate the monthly fees. Next was TD.
