View Full Version : South Park thread - 16th Season!

I haven't watched South Park for a long time until I saw this thread on MacRumors.
South Park 15th Season Premiere, "HUMANCENTiPad." Kyle is intimately involved in the development of a revolutionary new product that is about to be launched by Apple. Meanwhile, Cartman doesn't even have a regular iPad yet. He blames his mother.
Great episode, love Cartman. I learned two things after watching it.
Read the Terms & Conditions before agreeing to it and that the Geniuses have control over Steve Jobs. LOL

T.M.I. was not too bad, but I went in with low expectations anyway.
Last week's episode (Royal Wedding) was dreadful. I was bored to tears and sort of stopped paying attention and got some work done instead.
I can only hope the season picks up some steam, because right now they appear to be losing their touch when it comes to satire.

Remember when South Park used to have unique stories for each episode? Now every episode is just some stupid frigging parody of whatever is going on in the news. This show has gone to crap.

Just realized this is the fifth episode of the season. I guess there'll be 2 more episodes before the show goes on summer hiatus. This episode was okay. I doubt we'll see a 2 or 3 part episode for this half season. Parker and Stone better come up with something for it. And dammit, I'm still waiting for that Charlie Sheen episode!!! I've been waiting to see how they'll lampoon Charlie Sheen's recent antics.

I loved the Zookeeper joke towards the end, the Matrix tie-in and 'Big Hairy and Mike'
