View Full Version : Anyone else think that there should be a "Tickets / Fines to be fought" section?

When all but 2 or 3 three threads on the first page are "how do I fight this" or I need disclosure" etc... I get the feeling we need a subsection.

Or we can have a sticky that has all the Frequently Asked Questions about it, but hey, Toronto drivers need to be spoonfed ya know? :lol:

Great Idea!
Then I would be able to browse this section without having to see those threads. I have no interest in knowing how people broke the law and used technicalities to get out of their fines...

I voted No. I do agree that there are too much member posting and asking those questions.
People just don't search and want people to answer their question.
Motor Vehicle section is not a ticket fighting or paralegal advice center, a specific section just for it would be too much I think. If there is a section for that, then soon we will a sub section for many other stuff as well.

Perhaps we should just add some categories to help in a search as there is in ' hot deals '. Perhaps categories something like...
- tickets
- insurance
- accidents
- buying new
- buying used
- leasing
- maintenance
- tires
- detailing
- mods
- repairs
- etc. etc.
...or a ticket ' sticky '.

I don't think we need a sub section for tickets but I will entertain the idea of putting up a sticky in the autos section. I will have to discuss this with the forum team (admin and mods) and if we do see the value of it and get a majority on the yes side then we will make it happen.

I think this is a better idea. This way we can search for maintenance items and not worry about flags for tickets.
