You must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Five entries allowed per day per person.
One winner will be chosen randomly on the first of each month. Winner chosen randomly from the previous month entrants.
Winner will select products up to $1000 in value as set forth on the website, from product lines on web site only. No substitutions allowed.
Prize must be collected within 1 years time of winning date or will be void.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received each month.
The winner will be contacted by phone. Please provide a working phone number in order to be contacted. Entrant named on winning entry will be considered winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name on web site.
Products not transferable to equivalent cash value.
Winners responsible for taxes.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend drawing at anytime without notice.
Entrants are eligible to win only once.

I won this a few years ago. The powers that be refused to send me anything that wasn't embossed. In other words, they expect the winner to pay them to place your business name/logo on the merchandise that you choose. So, if you win... choose $1000 worth of stuff that they can't label!
