What would be the best emulator to play Ocarina of Time on my pc?

I haven't played emulated games for a while, but Project64 is said to be the best N64 emulator.

I'm playing Majora's Mask right now.
I'm using Mugen64Plus on Linux and it is working fine.
Having save states and fast-forward is awesome. Makes the game much less tedious at times.
