I just want something to walk around with while attached to my set up. Budget is let's say no more than $150 for a monopod.
Any suggestions?
many thanks

Why do you need a monopod for that setup?

Sometimes I walk around a a lot and not enough light (I always prefer low ISO). In the city I like to stay between f/8 and f/11 most of the time.
I hate to carry a tripod with me.

Shooting f/8 at night will require a shutter speed that will be too long to hold. A monopod will not even help if that's the case.

You can get a string, tie it to a screw that will fit into the tripod hole. Make sure the string is long enough that you can step on it and have the camera at your eye level. If the string is tight when you pull up it would act similar to the a monopod. It is very easy to carry around as well.

I have to agree, I usually shoot no higher than f4 with my lens during the night.

Thanks. I meant I shoot f/8 f/11 during the day in manual mode.
