I got the Paintball Nation coupon awhile ago (sep 2010), and didn't have a chance to use it until this past wkend.
I went as a group of 10 people together (using 5 coupons) which costed $20/ coupon originally ($79 value).
http://www.dealfind.com/york-region/paintballnationyorkregion
When we called in to make a reservation (because it says reservation is required on the coupon), we were told that we had to pay the extra $8.75 for extra 50 balls because we were group of 10. We had no intentions of buying extra balls from the beginning, but since we wanted to play as a group, we had to agree. We were also required to pay taxes on the $20 coupon, which was not specified on the dealfind website.
With the $8.95 + tax extra balls per person, and the tax on the $20, we almost doubled the cost of $10 per person. The savings weren't so apparent.
Because there was a group of kids there having bday party, we were playing in a warehouse field with almost 30 people per game. There wasn't much space to run around/hide. The protective gear seems lacking (ie. One of the game--Zombie-- objective was to high the target's neck/head, but people did not have helmets, we were just supplied with a google/face guard.)
Just want to see if other people played there and can share if they had to pay the extra fees.
Thanks.
