I have a poodle about a year old, my last dog passed away 7 months ago:cry: but acted the same way after walks

I take him on 30 minute walks, majority of the walk he'll be off the leash on this trail and some open field running on his own but the areas where we get near the street I'll put him back on his leash

this is the style of leash he's using

So after the walk he'll ignore me which is fine as i get to play video games or watch some tv but thats the only time

I never pull him towards me on the leash, he seems to pull me everywhere when he's on it thats the reason i picked that style of leash so he wouldn't choke himself

Your dog is THIRSTY and tired

Bring some water during the walk
Give your dog water

What time do you walk outside?

Only early morning and evenings, right?

Very late afternoons (when the sun is not so hot)?

If it's too hot and too sunny
your dog can't take the heat and hot sun
-
your dog needs to lie down in a cool, dark spot
drink water
and rest (sleep)

Two things....

First, your dog isn't ignoring you... he's just tired. What's wrong with that?

Two, those harnesses are stupid. You want the dog to be uncomfortable when he pulls because you want to discourage pulling. Those harnesses encourage pulling. If he's pulling too much with normal collar, then get a halti or a gentle leader.

To each their own I guess. We have a similar harness, but with a mesh at the chest area, and when our dog is wearing it, she pulls a lot less (if any) than compared to when just wearing a collar.
