I'm trying to make a time lapse video of me writing words with light painting. I want to make it time lapse so it shows the process of writing it. A whole bunch of pictures are already taken showing the different strokes which letters compose of. Combining them in PS will show the actual words. The hard part is the post process which is very tedious.

My post processing skills are pretty bad so I'm wondering is there a faster way than just going into PS and keep saving frame by frame while adding more layers each time?

Thanks

The stupid me completely forgot that's what After Effects is for. :o Playing around with it gives me everything I'm looking for. All is good for completing my project now :D

I have done some light painting in 'bulb' mode, no post processing required but you can only do it in a dark setting. Its also takes several attempts to write the word.
