Hello Everyone,

just wanted to give some positive feedback about wagjag's customer service. Bought a bunch of paintball coupons about 10 months back. used about 2/3 of them shortly after buying them.

still had a bunch left. Went to use them recently only to be told I can't as they were too busy and i didn't tell them that I had coupons. Long story short, Defcom paintball is terrible. Management on site have the intelligence of highschool drop outs, but thats another thread.


I contacted Wagjag over email and was responded to promptly (24 hours turn around on all emials but 1). I got the refund within 4 days after they confirmed the coupons were valid and usable. The only 1 time i had to email them after not hearing back was because of an error.

I was extremely happy with the service, as they did not try the "deal with Defcom" approach I was half expecting.

I also had a great experience with WagJag CS. Quick response and very helpful. I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

yah, there always seems to be a lot of negative threads, so i thought a positive one would be a nice change

Same here.. I have nothing but good things to say. Twice I asked for refunds and they got back to me with refunds issued within a few days. :)

I would also like to add from my experience, WagJag always picks up the phone when I call compared to TeamBuy or other sites who say that all lines are busy. It might be a small thing, but its very appreciated!

+1 on positive refund experience for me too. I've only had to request it once from them, but they were great about it.

+1 I've bought alot of coupons from Wagjag, only 2 refunds and they provided it without hesistation- excellent service

hands down wagjag is way better than the other sites especially teambuy. I don't know why people continue to use inferior sites with all the negative feedback they get

I have also had positive customer service interactions with Wagjag. Thats why they're the only group buy site I use.

I never needed a refund, but they're always available to answer questions the few times I have had any. This is a much valued service that really goes a long way.

+1 for wagjag cs.

They reply quickly and solved the issue quickly.

My kraft coupon went missing and I didn' t receive it. One email and the coupon arrived by registered mail within 3 days.

In another case, the vendor refused the voucher. Wagjag gave the full refund.

I contacted Wagjag CS several days ago and all I got is a generic email confirming the receipt. No one responded yet to serious issues I have with Toronto Home Movies. I am trying to 1) get a refund for one of my coupons and 2) have Wagjag deal/stop the rip off (extra charges) happening at Toronto Home Movies.

I'm glad WagJag is helping those who seek a voucher refund.

I'm still having problems with a voucher that was marked used by South St. Burger that I never used.
