Yahoo fantasy NBA

Though it's something like a month away until the season starts, Yahoo has begun letting you register teams for fantasy NBA. I figured there should be an RFD one, just like the other sports. Anybody up for it? And somebody create it, I don't really feel like figuring out the rules, etc :cheesygri :cool:

Forget what they tell you about Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. There are 2 seasons: Fantasy Basketball and non-Fantasy Basketball.

the draft date can be changed and its an online draft meaning everyone has to be online during that time, or your team will be drafted according to pre-rankings

as of right now the date nov 2nd 9pm and the draft order is determined 30 minutes before the draft randomly, i can add more teams and will do so if more than 16 ppl want to join

so if you got friends that want to join invite them but lets try and keep this an RFD league :)

Time should be ok since it's 9pm EST, you can always pre rank your players if you can't make it to the live draft.

I think 16 is a good number. If there are a few more people after 16 that are interested (2 or 4) then you could open it up. If there are a large number, then maybe a second RFD league should be created...but yeah, I think 16 is good (especially taking into consideration what you said about the draft) :cool:

Just as a sidenote, the auto-draft is really quick. So if people are no-shows, it literally takes 1 second for the 'computer' to draft for them :cool:

On another note: Gold Monkey, you need to calm down... the season hasn't even started yet and many owners won't move any players until it does. that doesn't mean they're inactive though ;)
