Hi,
I bought 4 coupons and another 4 as gifts. I have used 3 of the gift ones almost 2 months ago and still show active. I am going to use the 4th gift one tomorrow and I'm pretty sure it's the last one listed. Is this normal?
Thanks
P

Yup, normal. You can mark them as used yourself if you want.

You can't mark the "gift" ones used. Why does the status remain "active"?

Even if they are showing as active the vendors usually mark off the voucher numbers on their end so there is no way you can use it twice.

This may be different for TeamBuy, but I can still click on the voucher to generate a new code. :|

Hello,
At this time you are not able to mark Gift Tickets as used. We are actually working to add this feature in the future. The tickets can only be redeemed once, as the merchant will mark it as used on their list. Have a great day.

Are you sure? My vouchers always have the same code in them. Always.

I think it's hard for deal sites to track if you've used something. Deal sites set up the deal, then send the customer list to the vendor. For the deal site to know you've used the voucher, it'd imply the vendor has to periodically tell the deal site which vouchers have been used. This seems like a lot of extra work when we consider that most vendors just use a pen to check off the voucher from the list. My experience is that deal sites never mark for you which ones are used.
