Its coming out on the 5th in the US, is it coming out in Canada too? Anyone know? I think i'm gonna use my mentos GC. I heard the album isn't as good as her Japanese ones. Anyone work at a local HMV or BestBuy or Futureshop know if its in yet or if its coming in?

From the songs that I have heard from the new album, I still believe that her first english album under the alias "Cubic U" was much better.

I called HMV Markville they said its being released tommorow but they aren't carrying it, great. I called Best Buy at Markville the girl told me they have none on hand but they are getting a shipment tonight so it might be in there. I guess i'll have to go see tommorow.

Good job friggin island records, one of the only cds i actually want to buy is so hard to find locally.

CD-Dog in Pacific Mall is selling legit copies of "Exodus".
here's the big BUT.

it's over $30 bucks. packaging's nice but to be honest, the songs are.....below average.

First single, "Easy Breezy" is really dumb. Tune is okay, but the lyrics, OMG, the LYRICS...

Frankly, for someone who can speak english JUST FINE, this it's pretty atrocious. Japanesey indeed.

however, I do like "Devil Inside." The radio dancey mix is really quite decent, and the original reminds me of playing some NES game, boss level. heeheheheh...

I'd want to hear the rest of the album before I'd buy. Rather picky these days about spending money on an entire albumn when I only listen to one or two tracks.

I'd rather buy the singles off of some online store. Which I have not found a Canadian distributor for yet, at least for Exodus sadly.

Automatic was part of the First Love album but the single was released a year earlier.

i checked best buy @ markville the day it was supposed to be out and the guy didn't even know what he was doing. He checked the computer and said that there was 2 copies left and he also told me to check the pop/rock section. Couldn't find it, also checked the World section too.

After listening to it a few times, I have to say it's a good album. The better tracks imo, are: Exodus 04, Hotel Lobby, Kremlin Dusk, You Make Me Want to be a Man, Wonder'bout, About Me.

the exodus album grows on you after listening to it numerous times but easy breezy is a lousy track for her 1st single. some ppl thought she sang 'you're easy breezy and i'm *** and easy' :lol:

You can only get her English songs on puretracks/bonfire (including her new CD)... Are there any MP3 download sites where you can pay and get her Japanese ones? And all other foreign music like Ayumi also...

i just picked it up today, i was picking up Returner from HMV, and i saw the cd just sitting there. I picked it up, and i just finished ripping it to my Ipod.. My first impressions are.. Not as good as her japanese cd's, plus i was dissapointed to see that the book isn't full gloss like her japanese cd's are.. aw well, at least it was priced at 14.99
