Hi,
we are going to visit Canada for 2 weeks and at the moment we are looking for a cheap rental car in Toronto from the 3rd till the 16th of september 2011. We have found a good price with the current American Express offer for Thrifty cars. But the problem is, that Thrifty charges 11$ per day for an additional driver.
Do you know a way to avoid these charges for an additional driver? I already was thinking about the coupon code from BJ's Shopping club and also other shopping clubs. They include the fee for additional drivers. But I am not a member in these clubs. And making a membership for a lot of bucks makes no sense for just renting the car.
So I hope you guys out there can help me. Hope you have a lot of ideas.
