I negotiated with the dell chat salesperson he did put a acoupon and bring the A8 model to $580. If u can negotiate u can get the deal price mind none of the other branded laptops in the deals have a 3 usb 3, 7200rpm harddisk , a ExpressCard slot and esata. With an express card u can always upgrade ur graphics by upcoming thunderbolt and current vidock 4 plus in the later year but with chips are soldered inside. and for gfx For now without AA u r getting 39 fps in dirt 3 what else do u need

Finally of course dell always a have a better battery life than its counterparts and with the efficiency of the llano processor here u see lllano consumes far less than any even less than the crossfire one I think the extra premium is worth it.

This mixture of plastic and metal construction that tries to strike the difficult balance between business-grade durability and small-business affordability.
Got a review ofthe body of vostro 3450 which has the same body as 3555.
"The good news is that the weight of the Vostro 3450 has a lot to do with the thick casing and metals used in the chassis, it makes for a very rugged overall feel. The lid is made of a sturdy aluminum and the hinges are thick and metallic. There isn’t an ounce of flex anywhere on the body that I could find. The underneath of the laptop was also very solid which is important for protecting the laptop internals, people tend to clunk laptops down and if you don’t have good protection on the bottom that can lead to damage of internal components. Bottom line, the Vostro 3450 is probably the most durable feeling $500-range laptop I’ve ever used, rugged and tank are two words that come to mind when you pick this thing up."
